Lifestyle change #1: Drink water only. I have a 25oz aluminum water bottle to carry around with me and my goal is to drink 3 a day!
Last time around I juiced and hit a plateau; the more stressed I am not only do I want to eat more, but I am more likely to break my goals (no matter the cost).
This time I am going to start out slow and think of what is do-able in my life, not what is quickest. Also by changing my diet over time, hopefully it will stimulate weight loss and not plateau.
Also trying to fit a thorough workout in my busy schedule will be a task, but I hope to keep myself accountable here on Tumblr and not let myself go back to my old ways.

Air squat challenge
* The proper activity done a few minutes before eating can encourage food calories to get shuttled into the muscle cells, before it has a chance to get stored as body fat.
* Increases insulin sensitivity and burns some extra calories.
Challenge accepted.

I haven’t posted for about a week now. I am so sorry to all of my wonderful followers. I got transferred at work so it has been kind of hectic getting adjusted to a new store. New work hours and more stress have not helped my weight-loss journey either. I have not gained any weight! But I have also not lost any; I feel indifferent. I just need to try that much harder to achieve my goals.

If you are like me, eating healthy on a budget, then sometimes going to the grocery store can be hard. To pass up the cheap, unhealthy, yummy indulging food. But if it takes twice as many french fries to satisfy your hunger as much as nuts do. Then you are spending the same or less on healthy food! The benefits are there, loud and clear. Its just learning to LOVE making the choice of healthy snack vs. unhealthy.
